Dromedaverse: ferret plush sketch
Little Andromeda waddling around the house with her ferret plushie her daddy knitted her.
Discord knitted a ferret plush a while ago when he was pregnant with her. Why a ferret? call it intuition of her future spunky little ferret-like behavior as she was an active gremlin in the womb. When she was born any time he had to leave the den he so lovingly crafted (fueled by his parental instincts) for whatever reason he needed to step away. He'd place the plush with her in his absence. It provided comfort whenever he was gone whether or not she was sleeping or awake. She clung to the plush as a sense of comfort until papa returned often times making little wheezy calls for her parent to come back.

Discords entertaining his wee little daughter with his magic. Little baby Andromeda is absolutely astonished at her daddy doin the cool things.
He found out early on that whenever he used magic around her for the sake of convenience or necessity like making a bottle of milk while he held her in his arms playing with her, she'd notice him snapping his fingers and various objects appeared and mixed a bottle. She was staring at it utter fascination and look up at him with such an inquisitive look wondering how he did that. He found her wide-eyed enthusiasm rather hilarious and undeniably adorable he then decided to snap his fingers making a pink cloud form raining chocolate rain, simple things doing goofy things like big blue bubbles, upside down cotton candy puffs and various other things and She'd just be so interested intently watching him in such child like wonder and bewilderment.
Dromedaverse: magic school kinda sucks teaser.
Ostracized at the gifted school of magic.
A wee bit of a teaser for future posts when I draw out scenes 👀 there's a lot more to the story than just goofy shenanigans that her father goes through to have her all of that was just a set up building all the way up to main story events.
Its rough being the only oddity in school especially with her fathers former villain track record.
At only 4 years old and highly gifted at magic like her father even at such a young age. Twilight had revamped the gifted school in canterlot once she took the throne to include any exceptionally gifted magic users into it instead of just unicorns. She persuaded Discord to send his daughter there as a very gifted magic user herself despite his concerns about the snobbish elites of canterlots high society. Andromeda was initially excited to go learn and potentially make friends with similar magic skills there. It wasn't as fun as she thought it would've been.
Is Andromeda calmer or just as chaotic as her father? And how powerful is she in magic?
She is but a wee little baby in what story and lore I've shared about her she isnt even passed a year old in what I've posted. However Shes both. Can be just as chaotic as her father but generally is a bit calmer than him. Magically? You'll have to find out later

Twilight and the girls hadnt seen Discord in a little over 3 1/2 weeks. They tried the front door and got no response. They tried looking through the windows but they didnt see him in any of the rooms they could see in the only room they could BARELY see into was his bedroom and there only looked to be some odd structure inside but no obvious signs he was inside though it was assumed. given it was the one of the few rooms they couldnt see into.
When Dash told Twilight about what little she could see into the room she then tried to magically unlock his front door. Fluttershy and Spike suggested that maybe they shouldnt disturb him. Spike adding that it seemed clear he did not want anyone to visit. However they all knew that if he needed help or assitance of any kind he most certainly wouldnt ever ask for it he'd rather avoid it.
They do eventually get inside and everything seemed as normal but quiet even for his house. The chaotic vibe seemed to have halted as random objects and things were laying in various places inactive. Fluttershy thought it very odd that everything seemed so "calm" worried it was similar to his almost fading out of existance. As they walked around his house checking rooms calling his name and getting no response from him. They go upstairs to his room seeing the door slightly adjar... when they walked in they saw that odd structure Dash described it looked like a little den they hardly could see him laying inside (Image above isnt representive of how dark it was.)
"Discord?" Twilight said
"u-uhm guys, maybe we should leave" Spike added noting the vibe of the house clearly gave off not wanting company.
Stepping closer to the den they heard a guttural low growl they all stood there frozen they hadn't ever heard Discord growl before as they saw him lift his head up side eyeing them with green fire coming from his nostrils eyes glowing as he stared them down. Fluttershy immeditately knew this was a very territorial warning display. She tries her best to calm him down as they rest of them stand there behind Fluttershy uttterly baffled on what gotten him so aggressive that is until a little head popped up from inside the den looking at them.
It all made sense.... he just had his little baby. Discord's extremely protective over his newborn.
