My love knows no bounds. I have thrown it out like confetti. I have given it away. I have had it taken. It always comes back stronger. I have spread it like germs in a preschool hoping that it would somehow come back to me. Like making a mess with love would probably get a little bit on me in the process. It didn't. It wasn't till I started to include myself in my list of people who deserve my love, my list of priorities, that I could feel love from anyone else. I don't know if I got that from my faith, my yoga, or my art... but they are all kind of pointing at the same thing right? Love. Unconditional love. For others and for you. A friend and I were making t shirts a few yrs ago and I came up with 'you love you so I can too' to paraphrase something she had just said about how if you don't love yourself no one else can.
