Cascara tea (or it should be called 'tisane', not tea, actually) is starting to pop in the menu selection in some coffee shops here including @trafiquecoffee. We may say #cascara is a by-product of coffee industry. Literally means 'peel' or 'skin' of fruit in Spanish, this tisane is made of dried coffee cherry husk steeped in hot water. It tastes nothing like coffee tho. It tastes very fruity, tamarind-like instead. #divakeukencoffee #knowyourfood #andbeverage #cascaratea #tisane #driedcoffeecherry (at Trafique Coffee)
