looking up guild requirements for getting a guild hall in gw2, boi, no. i dont mind having a guild hall, but 2/3 of them is kinda bad, and one of them ive seen a lot, thanks to my past history of rp in that one spot. im so sick of seeing the gilded hall, that im just...... nope. i wish there was much more simpler halls, hell, i would like gw2 to pull a ffxiv to give u ur own “house”, but for gw2, it would be in different instances instead of lurking around on an empty plot, out of hope that no one comes sliding in to bot-steal it, yknow?

so i might stick to the open world places of gw2, and find a place that not many people use it, and if someone is, making we could work together to switch slots depending on the day/time. but i cant help but feel that would only lead to problems eventually. [shrug] eh, ah well.

gw2 has a lot of potential for rp stuff, but it really cant match ffxiv’s level, because it feels that the developers of ffxiv puts a lot more love to that game, unlike gw2. hell, it took a good few years to allow us to sit on chairs in gw2.

but that aside, despite the flaws, i like gw2. i just wish the developers put a little bit more effort for the peeps who want to approach the game in their own way, esp rp wise. i enjoy doing it as a hobby, and the game itself is very good in its own way. it cant be compared to a game like ffxiv, that has so much going for it, because gw2 is completely different. it doesnt rely on subs, just expansions and micro transactions. they did make the base game f2p, if im correct, albeit with some restrictions, but its still a good thing to try out for some people, before they make their choice on buying the expansions.

to me, gw2 is worth playing. i might be biased, so this is just my opinion, but it is a game worth playing, just to try something a little different.

I haven’t been on here since June! I didn’t realize I had kept so far away from updating this blog.

I guess a lot has happened, and now I’m going to be starting up College again. So I’ll probably be updating more (or at least try to).

In the meantime, I’m reading Making Gay Okay by Robert R. Reilly. It’s very informational so far--though I still can’t believe there are so many negative reviews of it on Goodreads, and all are from people who have never even picked up the book!

I'm pooped.

Work has actually kept me pretty busy and pooped. I didn't even work opening on Black Friday, but I did closing and since I work at Forever 21, the place was trashed and cleaning up was hell! Then I did the rest of the weekend which was pretty tiring, but luckily it wasn't as bad and I got let out almost 2 hours early since it got pretty empty.

Luckily I don't work the rest of this week and get paid soon! I need Christmas/mailing money! I've already got 2 presents down, 9 more to go. B|

Also, I'm hoping there are some pretty good cyber Monday deals tomorrow because I'll finally be buying my laptop (FINALLY. AFTER WAITING FOR 4 MONTH AND HAVING TO USE MY SISTER'S LAPTOP). So, Let's hope I'll save some money.
