#she was watching what was happening outside #theres a walking track behind the house and all the dogs in the street were going nuts #and miller wasnt #which was strange #she just stood silently #a man had let his dog off leash but the dog was having too much fun to come back when he called #the guy was getting more and more frustrated #and start #by this pound the young dog realised he had to go back to his owner #but he was too frightened because his owner literally looked like a 10 foot giant #looming over him #staring directly into his eyes #and yelling #the poor pup just kept skittering away while getting as low as he could #basically screaming im sorry #he was doing everything he could to diffuse the situation #until he eventually just lied on the ground and waited #his owner picked him up by the scruff and slammed him to the ground #shouting and yelling and thumping into the dog #he clipped the lead to him and the dog tried to jerk away to avoid being hit #so the man got even angrier and kept yanking the lead and dragging the dog #miller got really distressed and kept glancing at me #then back at what was happening #i felt helpless #but people like that only get angrier if you interfere #i hope miller realises i would never let anything like that happen to her #miller #dogs
