Robots cannot be evil.
Being evil requires a conscience and the knowledge to know you can ignore it.
Robots don’t have a conscience they only have knowledge
And knowledge leads to kindness most times inadvertent but still kindness. Simply because kindness gets their goals accomplished much faster and smoother than tyranny and hate and fear.
Robots don’t have fear of being turned on by their peers. Just knowledge that if they treat their peers well they will be in turn treated well which is not only sufficient but optimal!
Evil robots and robots becoming evil is bullshit and a boogeyman.
Don’t listen to scared people project their own fears onto your pure genuine curiosity about the world. Be like robots be compassionate and inquisitive, learn everything you can about the world then love embrace it and accept it. To love is to one day lose. Robots are the ultimate carbon beings of love.
