#Repost @miulunatique ・・・ Yesterday was really surprising and happy day at Amsterdam comic con. I didn’t really check which artists were going to be there so was super excited when I saw booth with Tank Girl prints and @rufus_dayglo_art 💕!!! My inner fangirl totally went crazy bonkers. But outside I was totally acting cool like you see in pic 1 😃 (I cried afterwards bc that’s me). Tank Girl was so important character to me when I was growing up back in the 90s. Disney princesses and other female models like Barbies that were forced to girls never really appealed to me. One of the first comics other than Donald Ducks I found (I lived middle of nowhere, no pop culture there) were Tank Girl ones (other was Sandman🖤). Seeing this punky cool asskicking girl was so new to me and I felt totally that this is for me. I want to be just like her, not to give a crap and just be me. Maybe that’s also the reason why I haven’t cosplayed her, I’m already so much her so it would be just pointless 🤓🤪🙂🦄 .
