JAVSJDJD GOOD THEY DESERVE IT here r some headcanons feat. hinata sometimes

They can barely ever decide what to eat because Shino doesn’t like smelly or greasy or messy foods Kiba likes everything that is those things

So like really often it ends up bein ramen. sometimes hinata takes kiba grocery shopping and they buy greens and fruit and white meat so that they still have, like, real food in the house instead of being lazy and getting takeout

tsume and hana are really freaking thankful that he’s with shino. like. out of everybody kiba could like, its shino, thank god, ive been hoping for this since u guys were 13

shibi thinks kiba is. loud. but he really doesnt care bc shino has always talked highly of his teammates, and this is one of them and on top of that its someone shino’s deemed worthy for his affections. and on top of that kiba always seems to treat him right so really, shibi could not be happier

dates are usually walks or hikes. they like the outdoors, and it’s hours of shino contently watching kiba and akamaru chase each other around the fuckin woods sprinkled with some nice conversation and deep conversation and light banter and everything in between. it’s a place they can be alone, a place just for them.

sometimes stuff like that can turn into a team day, of vice versa, because hinata likes to meet them for picnics. (team 8 is so outdoorsy i love it) and she’ll bring em all lunch and they’ll all enjoy the sunshine together

sometimes, during petty lighthearted arguments, akamaru takes shino’s side and kiba feels deeply betrayed for the rest of the day and he brands them both “traitors” and doesnt refer to them as any other name besides such

some nights kiba is BORed and needs attention, but Shino really kind of just wants to read. easy solution! he reads out loud to them both, and kiba will slide his comments in between lines, but sometimes he’ll fall asleep while shino’s reading.

the next night when shino reads he starts a chapter ahead of where he stopped so kiba catches up on what he slept thru lol

when they’re apart for an extended amount of time, like not on a mission together or someth, shino will send kiba off with a beetle or two or six just to keep him extra company (and it just gives shino peace of mind :? )

if kiba needs run outside to do a quick chore like get mail or take out garbage and its cold weather out, he’ll grab the first jacket he sees which is usually not-so-accidentally is shino’s coat, bc, COMFY™

OKAY BUT JUST IMAGINE POOR REMUS IS LIKE “OOOH MY GOSH NO STOP IT YOU’RE GOING TO OUT US BOTH, WE’RE GOING TO CHASED OUT OF THE SCHOOL, WE’RE GOING TO DIE STOP IT RIGHT NOW WHY ARE YOU LIKE THIS?! DO THEY JUST OPENLY ACCEPT WEREWOLVES WERE YOU COME FROM? BECAUSE LET ME TELL YOU SOMETHING, THERE IS SOMETHING CALLED THE WEREWOLF REGISTRY HERE AND PEOPLE ARE VERY GOOD AT COMBING THROUGH THAT AND FINDING OUT WHO WE ARE AND NOT GIVING US JOBS. And Kiba’s like “WHAT’D YOU SAY ABOUT MY DOG!? I GUESS IT’S TIME TO SHOW SOME UNGRATEFUL WIZARDS FANG OVER FANG!!” 

like, boi, you’re going to get all of yourselves killed or exiled or both 

but !! seriously!!! i love the idea of remus seeing kiba and his eyes getting wide and he’s just like “oh no. oh no. this kid… has he literally been raised by wolves? you don’t act like this, especially when you’re a werewolf.” i mean, hermione figured it out when he skipped classes once a month around the full moon, i’m sure SOMEBODY would get suspicious if kiba went around with fangs, growling at people, AND LITERALLY TURNING INTO A GIANT DOG? (Prof. McGonagall assumes he’s an unregistered Animagus, but she is too tired to deal with this. Also she’s completely flabbergasted that she has to tell him that Akamaru can’t pee wherever he likes ???) 

remus’s stress levels would be off the charts. i mean, in POA he’s described as prematurely gray (having some silver hairs, I believe). he’d straight up have kakashi’s hair once he met kiba. poor boy. but i also like to imagine that he’s freaking out, meanwhile everyone else is like “man, that kid’s weird. must be foreign. whatever.” and literally NO ONE once thinks kiba’s a werewolf (”too obvious, a werewolf wouldn’t be that bold, they aren’t dumb”) so remus is stressing out over nothing. 

sorry not sorry i could go on forever about remus and hp and naruto and werewolves.

Dreams that Raise Us Up and Drag You Down

I think this one would be a bitter-sweet piece of fluff in Leonard’s POV. I think it would probably have three parts in general:

1.  Leonard noticing Jim distancing himself from the crew. Not a lot, and certainly not all at once, but he doesn’t seem to rely on many people, and Leonard knows that while he might know Jim the best out of all the crew, he also knows for a fact that Jim has a whole lot of damn secrets that he’ll probably end up taking to the grave.

2. Jim always puts the needs of the crew before his own, no matter the consequences. Leonard’s lost count of the number of times they’ve started on something that Jim gets really excited about, only for the plans to be derailed. Eventually, Jim just gives up.

3. Leonard does his damnedest to make sure one, just one, of Jim’s dreams is realized. It doesn’t go well at first, he ends up messing up, a hell of a lot. Eventually, Jim calls him out on it, and Leonard doesn’t even try to pretend he doesn’t know what Jim is talking about.

It would end with something sickeningly fluffy which basically amounts to Leonard being Jim’s dream, and then they kiss and cuddle and become inseparable boyfriend/husbands.

The Bright Ideas of Captain James Tiberius Kirk

This one would be ridiculous and silly and completely tongue in cheek. Definitely in Bones’ POV, a series of short ficlets with Bones summarizing Jim’s dumb actions as he heals him in sick bay, on the bridge, over drinks, snuggling on a couch, wrapped under a blanket in bed.

“You know,” Sabo says watching Ace beat another man over the head with his pipe, counting the money they had scavenged from the last idiot’s pockets, his hat balanced on his knee. “You keep hitting them like that and we’re gonna have to get you a new pipe.”

Ace rolls his eyes, “This is still my first pipe,” He smirks. “Unlike some people.”

“Just because I lost a pipe to Tiger Lord, doesn’t mean that I’m breaking a pipe on people’s heads,” Sabo states, point at him. “Tiger Lord is stronger than most of the people that we meet here.”

“True.”

“See, I’m smart,” Sabo says smirking. “At least keep your pipe from breaking until we find another one. We don’t have any spares laying around and I would hate to have you running around without a weapon.”

“Fine,” Ace drops the man he had been beating. “You’re ruining all my fun, Sabo. I thought we were suppose to be friends.”

Sabo rolls his eyes, sticking his tongue out at Ace when Ace shoves his shoulder, “We’re best friends, stupid.”

“We are?”

“Of course we are,” Sabo states like he thought Ace should know this already. “We’re best friends.”

“Friends.”

“I thought you knew that.”

Ace scoffs, his expression schooling into something that Sabo recognizes as stubborn and foolhardy, and utterly fake because Ace didn’t know that they were friends and Sabo, Sabo can’t help but think that it’s sad, “Of course I did.”

“Not.”

“Did so!”

“Ace.”

Ace ducks his head and refuses to look at Sabo anymore, finally sighing, “Maybe I didn’t know.”

“No, I didn’t think you did. But we are. Best friends. Come on, we can go beat up more bandits for money if you want?” Sabo asks, already knowing Ace was probably uncomfortable.

“Please,” Ace whispers.

“We haven’t hit the one on the west side in a while and I hear they got a good haul, I bet, they would have something good for us,” Sabo says brightly.
