Justice is power wielded with both intelligence and impartiality. It is making decisions with all the facts and accepting the consequences of any choice made. It is punishment of the corrupt and promotion of the deserving.

The Justice card is about making decisions, and being aware of their consequences. It’s about truth, impartiality, and balance. Where wicked deeds are punished and good ones rewarded. I picked the Amhaeng-eosa, or Undercover royal inspectors of the Joseon era of Korea. The Amhaeng-eosa were real historical figures, who would secretly enter various provinces and towns to investigate the goings on. Afterwards, they would reveal themselves (with their horse requisition medallion) , and had the power to punish the corrupt and promote the deserving. While real, they were popularized in dramas and literature even during the Joseon period, so in some ways, they became mythologized. They represented power wielded with intelligence and impartiality. And reminded people that justice could be served to anyone at anytime

C-Clown's new song, "Justice" is a song against bullying and stands up for the weak, serving justice, as it's title suggests.

Thus, C-Clown have stood up for students who are currently going through a tough time at school or anywhere else, and have become therapists for those in need.

In their song "Justice", a phone number is mentioned as a part of the lyrics. The number is '010 8810 8615', and when called, callers can leave a message to C-Clown, whether it be a message of support or a message about their current worries.

At specific times of the day, C-Clown will also hold a special event, in which the members of C-Clown themselves will pick up the phone and personally help callers with their problems to the best of their ability. This has attracted the attention of many fans and hundreds of fans have called hundreds of times to be able to talk to their favorite members of C-Clown.

When a member of C-Clown picks up, fans have confessed their worries at school or any problems they are facing with friends or family, and members of C-Clown have given them messages of support or have tried to cheer them up.

Yedang Entertainment has announced that they will continue doing this several times and hold this event as much as they can, in hopes of reducing the stress of school bullying or any other social problems their fans are facing.
