Be-wish-Dish
The camera slowly zooms in on a shallow, sparkling metal bowl filled with a colourful salad.
A high, slightly croaking voice starts talking: “Have you ever cooked dinner and wished it would turn into something else? Then the new Be-wish-Dish is what you’ve been waiting for! Any edible material you throw into the Dish will mirror the meal you’re really craving—why don’t you take a bite?”
Two hands with long, green nails cup the metal bowl and lift it in front of the stomach of a middle-aged witch with curly hair and a bright green hat. Suddenly, she looks straight into the camera and says: “Don’t be like me, though. Last week, my Be-wish-Dish was the nearest bowl around when I was mixing the ingredients for an extremely valuable spell, and I really thought I’d be able to resist—but I ate every last bit, because it just looked so good!”
The witch grabs a fork and digs into the colourful salad with gusto. As the camera zooms out and the Be-wish-Dish logo fills the screen, a deeper voiceover warns: “Be aware that food emulated by the Be-wish-Dish mirrors the properties of its components; if you are allergic to the original ingredients, you may experience the same reaction to the magically altered meal. In situations where the only available food is that which you’d rather not identify, however, the Be-wish-Dish is absolutely ideal.”

Black tahini brownies based on this recipe: https://www.ambitiouskitchen.com/grain-free-tahini-brownies-the-best-brownies-ive-ever-eaten/ I halved the recipe and subbed in wholemeal spelt flour for the coconut flour. Pretty good!
Made this today! Its a nice way to get some nutrients on a super hot day. We had it with some air fried egg rolls as a lunch. I think I prefer the strawberry one from this book but I would have this again.

Ingredients
For the cocktail:
4 ounces silver tequila
2 ounces freshly squeezed lime juice
1 ½ ounces agave (or simple syrup)
3 ounces full fat coconut milk
2 cups ice
For serving:
Lime wedges for rimming the glass + garnishing
2 tablespoons unsweetened finely shredded coconut for rimming the glass
Lime zest for garnish
Instructions
Start by making the toasted coconut rim. Add shredded coconut to a pan over medium-low heat on the stove. Cook, stirring often, until coconut is toasted, about 4-6 minutes, then pour toasted coconut on a plate and allow to cool for a few minutes. Use a lime wedge to wet the rim of the glass, then dip the rim of the glass in the toasted coconut, rolling from side to side until well coated. Repeat with the second glass.
Next, make the margarita. Add tequila, agave (or simple syrup), lime juice, coconut milk, and ice to a cocktail shaker. Cover tightly and shake for 15-20 seconds.
Divide the margarita between the prepared glasses and garnish with a lime wedge on the rim and freshly grated lime zest on the surface of the margarita. Cheers!

Protein-packed honey mustard apple tuna salad that’s easy to make and delicious on apple slices or sweet potato toast. Perfect for your week
Made this with canned chicken instead of the tuna, then tossed with mixed salad greens and microgreens from my CSA box and some homemade croutons. Highly recommend. 👌
