Another #amazonfail. How many times do I have to ask that my door not be blocked by parcels delivered by Amazon couriers? I've already cancelled 40 Subscribe and Save subscriptions because of this, I've complained to drivers when I've seen them do this. I've complained on social media. I don't have time to lodge complaints for each individual purchase. There's no place that I can find where I can enter delivery instructions, so every package has the potential to end up somewhere new and equally annoying. I am reaching the point where I will shop at @amazon as a last resort, not first choice as in the past. I'm even considering not renewing AmazonPrime when it's up for renewal. And Amazon's customer service, once the best in the business, has gone downhill, too. Someday I'll share my story of New Year's Eve, stuck in chats with Amazon customer service, trying to fix an error by Amazon courier service that Amazon customer service was happy to cost me 15% more than my original order (that they lost), and I had to throw a hissy fit to get my order resent to me for what I'd already paid for it. Just really sad.

What I ordered vs. what I got. Serves me right for using Amazon, I guess. Now I jump through all the hoops to return items I didn’t order and reorder the items I wanted but didn’t get. Or I eat some nerf guns and hope they flavor my coffee. I’m pretty sure I can’t put my pens in them. It’s extra “funny” because I refuse to let my son have Nerf guns and he’s the one who opened the package. Repotted my little turtle plant today. I didn’t do it before because I was told it’s a resilient plant and probably didn’t need help. 🌱 Apparently even the best of us resilient folks need help. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Disappointing that @amazon driver knocked it over and the plant is mostly dead but. Maybe there’s still hope for her. I wasn’t even going to mention that the driver did it because I was just going to post about how sometimes you gotta start over from the crappy mess someone left you in but then I realized we gotta call out the people leaving their crappy messes sometimes. No Amazon didn’t apologize when I told them. And sometimes we don’t get apologies. So we learn when it’s time to move on and grow differently. Hopefully my little turtles (which were a gift for graduation and in memory of a best friend passing) will grow back and be just as full as before or better. So. There’s that.
