Amazon Fire Phone comes with 24/7 ‘Mayday’

Amazon has officially unveiled the Fire Phone, its first smartphone. It has also announced that its award-winning customer service, “Mayday,” is included for free as one of the smartphone’s features.

Does anyone know if they're planning on making the technology available for apps to have their own versions of 'mayday' tech support?

What if a user has a question about a specific app? It'd be a good idea to route them to that company's tech support rather than the Amazon tech support.
