Learning things about myself (3rd time this week)
#everytime I say I don’t think I have OCD an angel loses their wings 😔💔 /j#BUT YEAH. LEARNING THINGS ABT MYSELF. IM BACK IN THE BUILDING AGAINNN#this is good though!!! I like studying myself under a microscope actually#maybe it’s just bc I LOVE psychology but idk!!! it’s just fun!!!!!#I’m just so surprised#I THOUGHT I JUST HAD REALLY EXTREME ANXIETY#I THOUGHT EVERYONE WHO HAD EXTREME ANXIETY DID THIS TO STAY SANE#WDYM ITS OCD ACSJHDK#specifically moral ocd for me hah a#the lines between anxiety and ocd are often super blurry though#ANYWAYS if anyone with anxiety or/and ocd has any experiences they’d like to share abt this PLS do#it helps a lot to hear other experiences outside my own#like what is your mental process when an intrusive thought like ‘my friends secretly hate me and are too nice to not tell me actually’#bc for me it’s just. one of the voices in my head pulling out a data sheet of everytime my friends interacted with me so I can study it#and prove yes or no whether they actually hate me or not by studying every detail and debating in my head#and if it’s true I blow up#and it’s not true I go to sleep HAJSH#funnies#amary rambles#moral ocd#Scrupulosity ocd#moral scrupulosity ocd#ocd#also to be clear I am not diagnosed for ocd (yet) but I think it’s highly likely due to *gestures vaguely* everything#but YEAH always take my words and thoughts with a grain of salt!!!
