Eyepatch

The Order of Attack Amane, as you know her. She has a tendency to remember the most recent OoA fics even if she hasn't directly experienced them. Her point of divergence is just before Mahiru's voice drama. She is much more snide and bitter than in the fics because Cat grabbed her tag and Inno tried to murder her.

Wishgranter

Courtesy of Nott, Eyepatch has been Es Quested. Eyepatch may occasionally feel the impact of Wishgranting.

Lily

When Kotoko attacked, Amane wished for someone to save her. Jackalope granted that wish in exchange for her granting everyone else's wishes. Haruka wished for Muu to get a forgiven verdict, which cost Amane her own verdict. Now her uniform has an extra ring of belts around her ankles that go taut during designated times.

Then Magic anon Nott put a lily in her bad eye. Nott, you do not understand the weight of your actions.

Tiger

An alternate to Lily. Kotoko found out that Amane can grant wishes and asks for her own verdict to be secured. Now Amane gets a muzzle that impedes her speech. (You may have seen that in Lucky Break.)

Nott gave her tiger stripes to distinguish her from Lily.

Tiger Lily

The Amanes' memories tend to bleed together, especially when their timelines are so similar. Lily and Tiger are unsure which memories were the "real" ones, but they think the other had it better. When the Amaneverse transit got overcrowded, they fused to mitigate the issue.

Tiger Lily was thought to be an unstable fusion. Two sets of conflicting memories... Did she spend the interim unable to walk or unable to speak?

Then canon happened. Surprise! It was both!

Pigtails

Post Order of Attack Amane. She has gone through all of Trial 2 without being soured by Cat and Inno. All of the pain, but also all of the healing. She's a lot more optimistic than Eyepatch as a result. Sometimes, it's hard to believe they're the same Amane.

Fate

What if Inno met Tiger instead of classic Eyepatch?

Well, for whatever reason, she gives up all her freedom so that Tiger may go free. She also nicknames her "Fate."

Verse

Amaneverse Amane! The time looper who gains everyone's memories. The one who goes through Amaneverse Whumptober. Eyepatch and Cat are so mean to her...

Coat

Some sort of horror show AU. I have a few sketches lying around somewhere, and the AU is teased in the "Abandoned Cabin" chapter of Whumptober.

The gist is that she ran away after committing the murder, and then she somehow ran into Mahiru and Fuuta before Milgram happened.

LC Wish

Lights, Camera, Make a Wish! An unholy merger of Es Quest and Beans's LCSYS AU. After Amane finds that her mom killed the cat, she walks home with murderous intent, but Jackalope makes a deal with her to star in the Milgram documentary if she doesn't do the deed.

Yes, the question mark is part of her name.

Canon destroyed OoA! Now Amane has to suffer more!

(Well, she'll be "fine enough," but the psychological damage has been done.)

Pre-T1

Or, "Other March" (because March is the main Amane of Nott's blog). Based on the overly cheerful T1 plushie. She just got into Milgram and barely knows the other prisoners. She doesn't yet have animosity with Shidou.

Rainbow

But that wicked doctor was taking Mahiru away. Amane warned him to stop this destructive behavior immediately, but he gave nary a thought to her words.

“It is my job as the adult to demonstrate that a temper tantrum will not make things go your way.”

Did he think he was her father? The nerve!

Amane tried to get through to Mahiru herself, but she didn’t seem to be entirely present. Of course she wouldn’t, all bandaged and helpless like that. And so Mahiru’s condition continued to deteriorate.

One person did listen to her: Kajiyama Fuuta. It took several attempts to approach him, but he eventually joined Amane’s side. He even tried to get through to his former fellow patient, but she was too far gone by then.

Enough was enough. Amane had to carry out the purge. It was the only way.

In Shidou's final moments, he called Amane by a name so unfamiliar that she could only stare flabbergasted for the better part of a minute. But as she recollected her senses, she remembered hearing that name… when Shidou was telling Mahiru a story…

…about his family.

Did he mistake her for his child? Disgusting. He never took the time to get to know her, and he undermined her at every step. He could not claim to be her father.

Mahiru looked horrified for a split second when Amane stumbled in, covered in blood. But she quickly plastered on a smile and thanked the little girl for looking out for her.

Fuuta said no word about the violence that transpired that day, but when the ailing patient expired days later, and Amane withdrew to a makeshift shrine to pray, he found her and knelt down next to her.

"I'm sorry we couldn't save Mahiru."

"Don't be… It was the doctor's fault."

He placed a hand on her shoulder. "I know you cared about her a lot."

"I did… I thought we could have been a family." She leaned on him, exhausted from maintaining a prayerful posture.

“A family… what a nice thought.”

“Indeed… but was I too naive?”

“Not at all. If you’re still looking for one…”

“Of course. You can be my family.”

“Mahiru-san… Fuuta-san… you’re both…”

As Amane got close enough, Mahiru hugged her without waiting for her to finish her sentence. 

“Of course I am. I wouldn’t leave you all behind so easily.”

Fuuta walked up more cautiously, but he stopped hesitating when the girls extended their arms in invitation.

“Hard to believe, right? But I’m here to stay.”

As she’s on her way to Mahiru’s cell, something grabs the back of her collar.

Someone.

Yuzuriha Kotoko.

“Ah, Momose Amane, fancy seeing you here. I take it you’re on your way to Ma-”

Amane begins to scream, but Kotoko immediately covers her mouth.

“So difficult… I’ll just have to get to the point, then.”

Kotoko picks up Amane and carries her the rest of the way, ignoring all her clawing and kicking. She sets her down to knock on the door. In short order, Mahiru answers.

“Oh, Kotoko-chan, I didn’t-” Her eyes widen as she shifts her gaze from assailant to victim.

“Don’t try anything,” Kotoko hisses, bringing her free hand to Amane’s throat, “or she gets it.”

Mahiru doesn’t look entirely convinced, but she nods and takes a step back. That gives the guests a better view of the room, and they see that Fuuta is also there.

“Tell that boisterous ginger freak not to do anything funny either. For both of your sakes.”

Again, Mahiru nods before walking over to Fuuta. He sees what’s happening in the doorway and almost goes into a rage before Mahiru frantically warns him to calm down.

Kotoko steps inside and lets the door close behind her. “I’m glad you all decided to keep quiet. Now I’ll need your cooperation for just a bit longer. No screaming, or I’ll crush her throat.” She puts a bit of pressure on Amane’s neck, drawing out a whimper. “And don’t think of charging at me because I can take all of you on at once.”

Fuuta clenches his fists, while Mahiru looks around uncomfortably.

“Now Amane, I would like your assistance. Who should I start with?” Kotoko lifts her hand off her face.

Amane gasps for air and looks back and forth between her friends. There’s only one real answer.

“Me.”

“Oh? So selfless. Are you so sure about that?”

“Yes. Now go ahead and-”

“No!” Mahiru calls out. “Take me first! Just let her go!”

Fuuta interrupts. “No way! Hit me first, you coward.”

Amane tries to wave them off, but Kotoko picks her up again, disorienting her.

“What a self-sacrificial bunch. Well, I did warn you that I can take you all on.”
