I based Rose on pastel goth fashions, and Amalthea is obviously a unicorn but with Dapple horses mixed in to get the white and gray-brown in there. Her hair, tail, and leg warmers are all iridescent, i can't tell how clear that its, so are her eyes and the gems on her crown.

Amalthea is the fake name used in The Last Unicorn by the titular character when she's pretending to be human.

I think Rose is the only genuine friend of Lila right now, or at least the only one Lila thinks actually likes her and not her stories. Because Rose has gone out of her way to help alleviate her symptoms and encourage her to see specialists for her mystery illness. Even if the rest of the class starts get suspicious that Lila is exaggerating her stories, and Rose is well aware she lied about knowing Prince Ali, Rose also knows she sure as hell isn't faking coughing up blood in the bathroom.
