AMAIGOD BE UPON YE!!!!

There had been one that had gotten close. One person who had unexpectedly surprised Beaut. A man who did not put him on a pedestal nor look down on him in jealousy. In all of his dealings there had been one, single man who, despite first appearances, had the raw makings of a true hero in his heart. He didn’t care for his status nor the status of others, only the quality of their character. It had been enough that a few times, in moments of weakness, Beaut had even imagined him accepting his own monstrous truth. The reality was, however, that there was no way, no matter how kindhearted and righteous Takuma – Pig God – was he would still see Beaut as the monster he was and not the idol he had pretended to be for so long. Beaut had lied, what right did he have to ask for understanding? Forgiveness? He didn’t even have the right to the memories of comfort and safety he had once found in those large arms.

I like to think Amai would act all cool and subtle when trying to flirt with Pig God at first, but he started thinking Pig God might not be interested at all due to how apathetic he'd look every time. In a last attempt, Amai tries to ask him out. Turns out, Pig God hadn't even considered that Amai could possibly be into him, let alone flirting.
