I was tagged by the always lovely @boothewriter to do this! (And P.S Boo I’m so psyched for the reveal of those characters aaahh!!!)

Amaline: “As always, my family and I are...thrilled at the prospect of our kingdoms uniting.”

Niobe: “There are more things to a great kingdom, brother.”

Cambriare: “You with your military...my resources...”

Isadore: “What? What do you want?”

Thereaux: “Your Highness?”

1. Who has the darker backstory, your protagonist or your antagonist?

.My current WIP doesn’t really have an antagonist. The conflict is more of a self vs self kind of situation. Between my two protagonists, though, I think I’d have to say Isadore has the darker one. 

2. What creeps out your main character?

Amaline: Scorpions

Isadore: Open Waters

3. How long have you been working on your latest WIP?

Since about January

4. Which character is most like you and why?

Amaline and I are fairly similar in the way that we tend to doubt ourselves and overthink decisions.

5. What genre is your latest WIP?

YA/LGBTQIA fiction/fantasy

6. What’s your main character’s idea of a perfect date?

Probably something cute and cheesy, like going to a waterfall for a picnic. Somewhere bright and outdoors.

7. If your main character was an animal, what would it be and why?

Amaline would be a caracal. Isadore would be a deer or a colt

8. What books/films/songs have influenced your WIP, if any?

I grew up on the Harry Potter Series, so that’s influenced all of my writing.

9. What annoying writing habit do you have? (ie, too many commas, too many looong sentences etc).

Inconsistency in length? Like I either want to write eight paragraphs on an emotion or just spent four words on one scene.
