Some people just learn a new language to spice up their resume (and that’s valid too) but there’s so many other positives that come with becoming fluent in a new language that I think we often overlook. By learning a new language you open yourself up to all these new tv shows and films and books and poems, you’re literally learning these words and phrases and expressions and terms of endearment and sayings that have been passed down for thousands of years, you’re breaking so many barriers it’s so cool when you actually sit and think about it!!! You're embracing a whole new people and culture
