Absolutely they do!
They just have different ways of pursuing them more often than not, lol
Henry likes to play the piano, mostly at social gatherings and to impress his friends. Hyde belts out Liszt's Hungarian Rhapsody to blow off some steam (and damages the keys for the fourth time this week). And to impress his friends.
Henry used to frequent the Gentleman's boxing club back in his youth. Hyde has picked it up eventually and has since then been giving hell in every single hole-in-the-wall ring.
Henry reads up on the publications of his fellow men in science, eager to share both well-placed criticism and praise (criticism in disguise). Hyde just roasts them under a penname.
Henry does orderly lab logs and makes persistent efforts on tweaking and improving the serum. So does Hyde. His logs are surprisingly much more precise than Henrys as well. But he also took it upon himself to invent the closest victorian equivalent to meth.
