...I just got back from my doctor's appointment - unfortunately, my phone was in my wheelchair bag, which I couldn't reach when I was on the examination table, otherwise I could have taken a good photo...The nurse (who, as it turned out later, was seven years younger than me) helped me take off my pants was really sweet. ๐ฅฐ When she saw me wearing only a hoodie and a wet InControl BeDry Nightime diaper - the yellow line was 75% blue, at least it is now ๐ it somehow activated her "mommy mode". That's kind of a phenomenon in such situations - I then often have that effect on women ๐คญ After the examination, she stayed with me alone in the doctor's office for further 20(!) or even longer minutes and talked to me trying to cheer me up a bit. In one sentence she said "dont give up, there are many men in wheelchairs out there with a - h o t - girlfriend". It was a pretty intimate atmosphere. I like her and i think she also liked me. ๐
I just made a huuuuuuuuuge pot of vanilla rice pudding myself. I'll eat some of it with nutella and some with strawberry jam ๐ฅฐ
A warning to all bedwetters and incontinent people among us โ๏ธ: it's easy to forget that you can also "eat" liquids. Be it cucumbers, apples, melons, bananas, rice pudding...or even bread. Everything contains liquid.
โ ๏ธ So if you consume large amounts in the evening, you need to choose a night diaper with the appropriate absorbency (!) ๐ผ

As you can see, it got so thick and soggy that it even "helped" spread my legs (which is a good thing in my case).
This is now a familiar sight for her/the other nurses. I bet nobody of them have ever seen such thick diapers in their lifes before ๐
Right next to my bed, on the windowsill, are all my diapering supplies. I sometimes wonder what they think when they see them, since hospital diapers aren't much thicker than a paper tissue. Mine, on the other hand, are gigantic. (it's an Rearz Inspire+ 11.000 something diaper) ๐ผ
Sad fact: in the mirror, you can see how different my right foot looks. Tilted forward and sideways all the time, like a ballerina's. Muscles gone. ๐
