Maybe? But I'm a little inclined to say that's not the case. Two possibilities seem the most likely to me at this point in time, given the limited information we have:

1. This is a "real time" appearance for Baelish, perhaps witnessing the formal punishment in his capacity as Lord Protector of the Vale. (I don't recall the Faith wanting any specific viewers for her Walk, but it isn't a far-fetched amendment in the show should they wish to tie in some other familiar faces.) That Lena was wearing her full wig but civilian clothes that day may indicate she will be shorn publicly. (Note the overheard conversation about removing a shift.) I find it odd that she was sighted after Aidan, who was in full costume, but not wearing any (visible) vestiges of a costume. That seems to be the strongest piece of evidence it's a scene related to her Walk, rather than a flashback in which she would certainly be wearing a gown.

2. This is a flashback to his request for Sansa's hand, remembered by Cersei near the end of her Walk in ADWD. It's the only canonical reason for Petyr to be inserted into that scene (i.e., it requires the smallest, or no, deviation from the novel) and could easily be filmed in a day (we know Aidan was not there for long). The possible problem with this is the blocking overheard and described in that blog post, which involved both Cersei and the High Septon on a set of steps outdoors. (And the shift removal.) Obviously, the schedule could have simply called for two or more scenes to be filmed that day. We don't know. Another kink in this was his waiting outdoors, with an umbrella to shield from the sun. That seems to indicate to me that the scene was based outside, or else he could have moved onto an indoor set. I would assume a scene involving his asking to marry Sansa would be more logically set in council chambers, or one of their private solars.
