Sporting a sheer robe lined with fur, heeled slippers, clicking gently against the marbled floor, Valentine moved through her suite towards a sliding door. Slipping out onto the balcony, her frame gracefully descended into one of the elegant chairs. Peering out onto the beach, she watched as volunteers moved along the sand below, collecting trash that had been abandoned.
Her gaze drops, fingers sliding effortlessly along the screen.
Valentine: You will probably never hear me say such a thing ever again, so savor it while you can, handsome.
Valentine: You were right, I should have stayed with you.
Valentine: I hope you made it out unscathed.
