Forward folds have never been easy for me. It seems like it would be the simplest pose. Just fold forward. Right? No. Fold at the hips, don’t round the back, keep the knees bent if you have to, stay forward on the toes while rooting through all corners of the feet. There’s a lot to think about. I do it everyday. Probably a few times a day. It’s my go to stretch when something feels tight or to just loosen up a bit.
