Despite a negative pcr test in hand from just yesterday, and my sick contacts having tested negative themselves multiple times, I'm home on brief quarantine 'just in case'. It's an abundance of caution, I think, but I'm not complaining. It's a miserable cold and I can use the rest.

🏨 - Sleeping position

Usually she sleeps on her right side, with hand under the pillow. In most cases she keeps dagger under it, just so if someone does creep on her in the middle of night she can put up a fight. But also....she does that because it somewhat eases her nightmares, makes her feel like less of a prey and weakling.

for the moment, yes! he listened to me when i said that i didn't want to take a lot of medication and agreed with me when i said that if i could sleep better, sooo many of my problems would either go away or be easier to deal with.

so for now....yes.
