Why do you like Merlin? Why not other characters?
Good question.
One, because I can.
Second, I'm someone that barely has favorite character. Either I'll follow whatever character that's popular or nothing at all. Merlin is so far my longest favorite, stay in top for a year and half. Impressive.
Third. Merlin is interesting character actually, he's full of mystery even he's the main character. At first I don't pay any mind on him and after the story continue on, his story is interesting and I somehow like it.
He's a mc without explanation how he could get there, he's just woke up with amnesiac and nothing explained how he could get that in first place. He's known as powerful mage and the greatest, but at same time he doesn't feel like it and he's felt like he's just.. a guy.
Even though everyone he met called him the greatest and strongest mage that side with a goddess, bc he doesn't remember any of that and can't be relate.
And when he turned out to be something not even from Esperia in first place, I'd thought he'll feel even more left out. Turned out he's just forgot about it moment later.
He's has issues and at same time he couldn't careless about that. Interested, isn't it?
