#also bob

At night I had truly unpleasant experinece handling adult problems and horrible people I would rather discuss not. However I took the thread and found myself an old curtain and began to embroider without a pattern and nothing in mind really.. I made Bob. Bob is a bug of origin unknown, as you can see (down) he is green and look kind of sad. I was kind of underwhelmed with my performance as an artist, finished his legs and went to sleep.

In the morning I woke up and I really wanted to embroider, but try something abstract, I looked up Pinterest, some videos about stitches and when I went to the store to buy milk... I bought myself 50 shades of threads as a treat. And so I began to just experiment and do something abstract, in the middle of it I decided I wants it to be Silmaril themed and since it was red... Maedhros! And at first it was supposed to be only his fëa and the black oath with shining silmaril in the corner.

Of course I needed to send the progress to my mom, who would be delighted for she is great artist herself; sculptor and tailor. Then she wrote me back: "There is a person," and truly I noticed him crouching eith his arm reaching forward. I did not plan it! He appeared in full glory and I did not even noticed he is sitting there and once I knew about him I tried to finish and make his hand and body more visible.. his "feet" touched by the Oath and bound, handless arm reaching for the gem.

Now I only regret the ugly stripped curtain! I need to recreate him on a more suitable cloth, maybe black, but then how to show the oath?

Anyway today I accidentally created Maedhros and I love him, also now Bob has a friend he deserves!
