Ze has a tendency to go non-verbal, but zir batch mates know the signs when he is about to go NV.
Mostly closeted around non-Alphas, not necessarily out of fear or anything but if non-alphas aren't going to be around much there is little point in having them learn about Turhaya's gender ID (possibly having to field questions when ze just wants to go back home after the mission) and they don't mind using he/him anyhow.
Zir gender identity journey started slightly sooner than puberty (for clones). Ze planned on telling zir batch mates before the war but they were all "frozen" before word one could get out. And when they were finally "unfrozen", ze could not bring zirself to mention it due to learning of Jango's death and the overall chaotic atmosphere of a war they were fashionably late to.
Was not at Umbara but dealt with the fallout of some of zir batchmates coming back from it with existential crises galore (Sheres, Alpha 17, Sull for certain were there. Maze obviously was elsewhere. As was Jaster. Everyone else it is unclear.)
Fluent in 7 languages and semi-fluent/conversational in 3 more. Ze has done much for the linguistic community by keeping Old Corellian from going entirely extinct. Also known for adding new words and phrases to Mando'a and its sign language counterpart. Hopes to catalogue various sign languages from various planets, but the slightly more obscure ones. Tusken Raider is on the list, even knowing they are rather hostile to outsiders.
Adores experimenting with hair styles. The various products, including hair dye, used for the sake of undercover stuff gets a workout from Turhaya when they have downtime. The only thing ze refuses to do is completely bald or buzz cut. Ze needs some fluff on zir head.
Zir sexual orientation boils down to "...maybe?". [Ze is] Still trying to figure it out, but mostly finds zirself in a kind of gray ace way. Not sex repulsed but the timing and person has to be juuuuust right.
