Indications:
pain
inflammation
fever
arthritis
renal colic
Doses:
50mg tabs
75mg/3ml ampoules (+lidocaine)
ADULT > 12 yrs:
up to 150mg/day as BID or TID
for RA, up to 225mg/day as BID or TID
CHILD > 1 yr:
1mg/kg up to TID (max 50mg/dose)
Side Effects:
Fluid retention (edema)
Acute kidney injury (AKI)
Stevens-Johnson syndrome
