Blurry 😜selfie. My run today felt very good. Nothing like warmer (ish) temps and a good drizzle 🌧 My last km was about 4:48, after I realized I had run a pretty decent pace. I was trying to finish my 10k under 50:00 once I realized I was relatively close, but ended up hitting 10 at 50:40ish. That seems pretty good to me as I build my aerobic base back up. “You’re insane!”...”What’s wrong with you?!”...”You’re crazy!”...does that about cover it all? 😜 Yes, I still ran this morning with temps feeling like single digits/zero. And ya know what? Being out there this morning is probably the warmest I’ll feel all day. 😆 Blood pumping, fingers, toes and nose all warm.
