Silver takes a second more to check out his Team, making sure all of them are ready and healthy. He knew the Elite Four was going to be a challenge, but he never expected every single one of htem to hit so hard. Nothing he couldn't handle, but they all made him sweat and fight with teeth and nails to reach the top.

Four minutes.

He shouldn't be so nervous, and yet, there he is. Telling himself that it's okay. Wether he wins or lose, he managed to reach the very top of the world, for what he cares.

Winning, losing, doesn't matter. He reached his goal, right?

...no, not right. He feels accomplished, but at this point would he really be satisfied with a loss?

Just then, he dares to take a step in. Silver closes his eyes, not expecting the roof to be open above their head, but it takes him just a second to focus again on the man in front of him. His beloved. His rival. The Champion.

One.

He's going to give everything he got.

“Wow okay.”

It had been ages since he'd been in Johto, and since he had seen Gold. So then, why not combine this work trip with a visit?

He's in Ecruteak right now, at a café, waiting for Gold. He had sent him a message earlier, and he was on the way, so all Hau had to do was wait.

It wasn't as easy as one would expect, though, as he could feel stares boring into him from every angle. He was practically a walking billboard with these wings of his, but they were too big to hide, so... a designer outfit designed by none other than Sirio, his manager, it was!

Hau sips from his drink, when he finally sees Gold walk in through the doorway. His hands automatically form an Alolan wave once he sets the glass down, and a smile appears on their features.

"Alola~! Long time no see!"

"...ah."

they're moving around the blackthorn city lake using linvala's surf, cleaning up the latest algal bloom. back turned, clair coughs as she sweeps her net across the murky water. she says nothing more for a good minute, but her shoulders tense so hard that her cape rustles. she clears her throat.
