Like most things, you start out learning by taking baby’s steps, learning more and more as you go until eventually it becomes second nature and part of your lifestyle. To this day, they are still out on the tennis court - still learning, still reaching for the outcome they want. #progressoverperfection Fitness and nutrition is the same. It takes practice and dedication to make change and is challenging at times. This may include starting out with lighter weights, exercise modifications, or a lower intensity workout. Eventually your body adapts and strengthens, and you are able to increase your weights and intensity. The same goes for nutrition... start by cutting out highly processed foods and start incorporating more Whole Foods into your diet. You will gradually notice that you feel less sluggish and have more energy.
