Details matter. Whether it’s a photo session or jewelry making, the intricacies in life are what make us unique and show our beauty. When I make jewelry I am paying attention to details. What beads go together, What size wire, How about the length? How could this piece be worn more than one way? These are a few things that go through my mind. The main detail I focus on is how will this make the wearer feel? This two part panoramic painting series was featured in ArtPrize7 2015. This painting series launched the first screen printed collection of clothing and hand made jewelry I created for All Around Style. These hearts are the start of my broadening series of art works centered around the theme of self love, self esteem, and self confidence. We may all draw the heart differently but the heart stands for the same thing no matter who draws or feels it. When we love ourselves we reflect that love out into the world. We must first love and accept ourselves before we can love and accept one another but we lead by example in showing each other how to love ourselves to the best of our abilities. This is my personal philosophy and life style. Love heals all. Teach love with love. This is the foundation of all my work.
