I was in West Pit for Day 2 and I *suffered* (soooo much queueing and standing!!) but it was SO worth it!!
I was about 3-4 back from barrier and they were SO close and the concert was insanely good and Hyunjin came over to our area lots.
We got indirect kiss from Hyunjin when he drank from a water bottle and threw the rest over us! 😂😛
IT WAS SOOOO GOOD!! it would’ve been better if i was with my friends but all the stays i met around me in the queue were super nice ❤️ i was in the opposite side of your pit. cause everyone in the pit kept moving, i ended up in the 3rd row as well. seems like we had the same experience except hyunjin barely came to our side 🙉 chan was throwing so much water and i got some in my eye at one point hsjsjdnd felix and lino were there too a lot. they are so pretty and tiny… even when u are close to the stage. i giggled a lil when changbin did the hi touch to our barricade and he was literally a pebble and a cutie. i had fun but now im missing them so much <\3

Morning light cascades through the open windows and it takes him a moment of squinting to adjust the way the room is alight with the beginning of the day. Laying there, he lets the sounds of the Manor carry him fully into wakefulness.
Zishu flexes his hands, focusing on the rising and falling on his chest, checking that he can smell the faint wafts of fresh blossoms outside the window, that he can taste the sourness of his breath.
Good, good, all there then, he thinks with some small, irrational relief. The last threaded holds of his dream begin to loosen its claws on him and he moves to sit up on the bed, pushing the covers aside.
The door creaks open as he swings his legs over the side. He barely has a second to tilt his head to greet the person at the door, when Lao Wen crosses the room in long strides to come to his side, wrapping his hands around Zishu’s. “You’re awake,” He says warmly, his lips move to shape to continue speaking when his eyes catch the look at his face. Gently, he brings Zishu’s hand to his lips, kissing the backs of his fingers. “Did you have a bad dream again?”
“It was one of those nights,” Zishu says, interweaving their fingers together. “Can’t be helped.”
“What was it this time?”
“I...” He starts.
Lao Wen shuffles closer, pressing their thighs together. “You don’t have to say it if you don’t want.”
Zishu shakes his head, leaning into the fold of Lao Wen’s arm around him, laying his head on his shoulder. “I just dreamt that I couldn’t feel anything. I couldn’t hear, taste, smell. I couldn’t see you in front of me anymore. So I was a little afraid.”
Lao Wen doesn’t immediately respond, apparently content to sit by his side and just listen. Then, with a careful shifting of his body, he takes Zishu’s hand to press it to his cheek with a quiet curl of his lips. “Do you see me now?”
“Yes,” He laughs, nuzzling his face into that warm palm before grinning at this ridiculous man.
“Do you feel me? Hear me?” He pauses, then he slyly asks, “Do you want to taste me?”
“Shameless!” Zishu laughs, attempting to push him away only to be pulled back in for a spate of kisses on his cheek and his brow, holding him tightly.
“If you ever feel like you can’t find me, just look to your side. I’ll be there,” Lao Wen says, brushing his lips back and forth on his temple. “If you ever need me, I’ll come for you.”
“Even in my dreams?” Zishu asks, relaxing into the embrace. “There too?”
Could I persuade you to write 5 or 7 for Wangxian for the Meet Cute prompts? :D
#5 They caught you when you slipped on ice and nearly fell over.
He inches along the perimeter by dragging himself bodily along the wall of the rink with his arms and hoping his feet will follow. It’s not the most efficient way of learning to ice skate, but at least he’s not tripping over his own feet or crashing into other people. At most, he’s just holding up the people behind him who have similar reservations about leaving the safety of the wall, and maybe tailgating the little kid in front of him a little.
Somewhere up ahead, Jiang Yanli and Jin Zixuan are skating leisurely side-by-side, their hands brushing occasionally as they shift from side to side. Each time that happens, both of them blush and quickly look away from each other. It’s so cute and flirty he wants to gag. But if Jiang Yanli is happy, then Wei Wuxian will suffer in silence as he third-wheels every date as an unofficial chaperone.
A blue and white blur sweeps past him. He stops in his tracks and sees a tall, long-haired figure cut straight across to the centre of the rink in one smooth motion. He’s wearing a white turtle neck and black, form-fitting pants over what looks to be custom-made figure skates, his hair in a long braid down his back as he skates back and forth down the centre a few times, testing the ice.
He doesn’t do anything particularly fancy, which is understandable considering there are a lot of other people on the ice, but it’s very clear from his sure-footed, elegant movements that he’s a professional. He moves over the ice with an ease that makes Wei Wuxian jealous, and people on all sides of the rink also stop to watch with interest.
“That’s Lan Wangji,” someone behind him whispers to her friend. “He won Worlds in Japan last year.”
“No way really? What’s he doing here in this shitty community rink then?”
An actual pro, huh, Wei Wuxian thinks as he watches Lan Wangji do a quick turn on the ice and start skating backwards. No wonder.
He’s so distracted admiring Lan Wangji that he doesn’t notice he’d released his grip on the wall and is now drifting further away from the perimeter until it’s completely out of reach. As soon as he does, he starts to panic and lose all sense of equilibrium, arms flailing in the air with a startled shout.
A hand wraps around his middle and hauls him upright while another grips him firmly under the elbow for balance. He gasps and clutches onto his saviour for dear life as his legs start regaining some semblance of control.
“Are you alright?” a deep voice asks in his ear. He looks up and immediately wants to die of embarrassment.
It’s Lan Wangji. Cool, graceful, elegant Lan Wangji who is also a professional and who had just witnessed Wei Wuxian almost stack it face-first in the ice while screaming his head off. Now would be a really good time for the ground to open up and swallow him whole.
“Yeah, sorry! That was so embarrassing,” he laughs nervously, facing burning. Lan Wangji shakes his head.
“Accidents happen,” he says. “Is this your first time?”
“That obvious, huh?”
Lan Wangji smiles. Wei Wuxian wants to die.
“Only a little.” Lan Wangji looks up at the large digital clock on one end of the rink. “I have about an hour before my training session. I could show you some basics, if you like.”
Um. Hell fucking yes?
“Does it involve you holding my hands?” he asks before his brain catches up; he immediately wants to smack himself.
Lan Wangji looks startled for a brief moment, his ears colouring prettily as he realises that his arms are still around Wei Wuxian. He recovers quickly enough, however, and the hand that is beneath Wei Wuxian’s elbow slides down to clasp his hand.
“I’ve heard it produces the most effective results,” he says, and starts moving backwards slowly, leading Wei Wuxian by the hand. “My name is Lan Wangji, by the way. I haven’t introduced myself.”
Wei Wuxian laughs and clutches Lan Wangji’s hand as he picks their way through the crowd with ease.
“Wei Wuxian,” he replies. “Nice to meet you, Lan Wangji.”

OOoh if you're up for answering asks, could you tell us more about the luo bo gao you're making? I've gotten really into cooking Chinese cuisine since getting a great cookbook for Christmas and I looooove luo bo gao in restaurants and had a go at making it recently and it was yummmmy!! I'd love to hear more about how you make it and what you include...?
yeah sure!!!
here’s the recipe/technique i use :D but usually, I use tapioca starch instead of cornstarch (just because that’s what I often have instead), and I don’t like the mini shrimp, so I leave that out.
my usual bits that go in: one minced lap cheong/xiang chang (i genuinely don’t know if these are the same thing I hope so slakjdslksj it’s the sweetish chinese sausage), some shiitake mushrooms also minced, and a scallion. on the recommendation of my father, this time I’ve included some chopped up (red skin) peanuts! we’ll see how it turns out :D
(my dad’s family used to own a restaurant in hong kong when he was a kid, and I wanted to learn how to make some lbg for christmas a couple months ago because I don’t think he’s had it for a while. i think it was successful!! but he said his mom used to put peanuts in, so that’s why the peanuts are going in this time)
oh! and i personally like hoisin sauce better than oyster sauce, so that’s what i use for dipping :’D
2: Which languages you know.Swedish, French, English & Japanese (as in, I’m an intermediate learner)
3: Which languages you are learning, or want to learn.Mandarin Chinese! Back in school I also studied German, Spanish, Latin and Classical Greek - sometimes I think it’d be nice to get a refresher, but at this point I’m focusing on the Chinese. :D
7: Your favourite word in your native language.I am too indecisive to pick a very favorite, but this word popped into my head just now:
Vandringsled is a fabulous, unassuming Swedish word. The vandring is the same as wander, and led means path (but also att leda is to lead or guide). So a vandringsled is a path that will guide you as you wander - or, in actual English, probably a hiking route. But I prefer vandringsled! (It conjures up lovely images of endless horizons to roam.)
And for French, I’ve always loved fœhn - a word for warm Alp winds that has found a more prosaic use as the term for hair dryer!11: A song you like in a language other than English.Well, that… does not narrow it down for me at all. I have favorite songs in all the languages mentioned above, and more! To pick an old favorite in the “and more” category:
Capercaille - Coisich a Ruin
15: Write a short introduction of yourself in a language other than EnglishBeginner level: 我是瑞典人。我是女人。我不说中文。中文很难可是我喜好汉字。
Native: Visste ni att man faktiskt kan tappa sitt förstaspråk? Jag bodde utomlands så länge att min svenska blev helt rostig. Mina föräldrar pratar jag franska med, och min fru pratar engelska, så när jag bor utomlands får jag verkligen ingen chans alls att prata svenska. I alla fall, det är inte någon riktig introduktion, men det är ju relevant med tanke på att ämnet är språk!
