so @murfeelee asked if anyone had tried out her dual moons and I figured I’d give it a go! (I’m putzing around in Dragon Valley when I’m not trying to take moon base pictures for my sim-story). So here we go. I used Jupiter and Callisto at 2000 size and it is DANG hard to get shots with both of them on the screen even pulling back as far as I can go. But I did get some - even though I’d forgotten how much it rains in DV - and here they are. I included a couple sloppy ones so the times could be there and these are entirely unedited, just exactly the way they show up in my game. I’m really enjoying them so far and I haven’t noticed any game lag or glitches. Gotta admit, it does always seem vaguely ominous as they begin to peer over the landscape each night but I’m really digging that so that’s not a complaint! Basically I’m really super happy with these and if I can’t find an Earth replacement moon for my moon base story I just might use these instead, scientific or not.
