Oh, Alice, your curiosity could kill you – quite literally. It should be no mystery to anyone that the reason why you came by Hermosa was because of your perpetual chase for answers. See, when someone runs past you in a rush, you couldn’t help but – wonder, couldn’t you? So you followed him – followed him all the way to the mysterious town of Hermosa; which only fueled your curiosity. Alas, while your curiosity might be your strength, it is without a doubt your weakness as well. Hermosa holds more secrets than you could imagine – and a sleuth would turn down everything but a mystery to solve. Remember what they say: curiosity killed the cat. But could satisfaction bring you back?Â
Mad Hatter – What a friendship you two have. One solves mysteries for fun, and the other is basically a mystery. He’s a silly individual, one who talks nonsensically but with substance that not everyone can recognize. He is an enigma to everyone in town – including you. And perhaps, that’s what makes your friendship so interesting and solid.  As quirky as he is, you somehow understand his ways. After all, according to you, the best people the slightest bit insane.
Red Queen – You don’t understand what’s up her butt. This somehow perpetually grumpy person just despises you – and you definitely reciprocate the feeling. You won’t allow yourself to be bullied by someone just because they hold a position of power – quite especially one who abuses that power. She might be mad as well, but she certainly is not one of your favorite people – you’re positive of that. Watch out, though; you might just end up without a head.
Ah, how can we put this nicely – the Creator despises you. Your search for answers annoys him, and to question the Creator? Oh, there isn’t anything more that irritates him. Your inquisitiveness is angering him more than ever, Alice. You’re an intelligent girl – maybe it’s time you learned to stop searching. The line has to be drawn somewhere; and that line can’t be drawn in just the sand where the tide can come up and wash it away – it must be drawn in concrete. If the Red Queen doesn’t get to you first, the Creator just might use that eraser on you soon.
