theres a lot of people that ive seen that scoff at marches because "all ur doing is standing there holding a sign" and praise direct action as being the thing that matters the most but like i just watched a video edit of all the places in the world that r having huge marches yelling to free Palestine and while stopping the boats at the harbor or shutting down (or starting fires at) weapons factories is Real Tangible Help, marches are so important too, because they show solidarity, they show someone cares, they inspire others to join, they raise hope and morale, they spread awareness because the news isnt really covering it but a horde of people in ur town will definitely let u know that its happening
