           life  has  so  much  food ,  ed-boy.

                                                  for the most part, winry felt fine for the majority of the day, only one or two spells of lightheadedness. she hadn't been feeling quite herself the past few weeks, she tried her hardest not to let ed see her failing health. she barely ate ( and when she did, it was difficult to keep it down ). as the day neared its end, she began to prepare dinner with ed by her side. winry made it a point, after ed returned home, to teach him how to cook. and the two often spent the evening preparing dinner together.                                                   winry had tasked ed with cutting the vegetables for their stew, while let den outside to run around for a few minutes. as she turned back towards the kitchen, her face flushed with a burning sensation and it was impossible to keep her eyes open. her knees gave out underneath her, and she collapsed in a heap on the floor.

          ❝ THAT was simply splendid! ❞ clapping of small hands was heard over the silence that followed the boy’s transmutation, ❝ such a talented young man! ❞
