Little did Scalpels know that being an anon did matter to the fish. Why? Because she REALLY wants to impress her colleagues with incomparable experience as her! Being an anon would have relieved that tension!!

“Yep! I’m figuring out how to use the same technology for dimensional boxes on monsters to teleport them anywhere in the Underground! Lemme tell you, Riverperson’s gonna HATE it... But I’m gonna LOVE it. Imagine, no more looooong sweaty walks from Hotland to the castle!!”

“...There’s nothing to see here. Walk on.”

There is, inexplicably, something to see here: a rather singed young monster, with white messy fur and a vaguely green sweater. He stares at you, and his cyan pupil-less eyes don’t blink.

Judging by the destruction around, either a whole lot of fire monsters decided to frenzy around, or someone went overzealous with their fire magic.

So far every one he has met through Vials, Vile feels somewhat comfortable with. New people are always a problem to him though. Vials though? A friend through and through. The latest determination and void romp scares were stress inducing however, and he feels like that will not be the last of Vials' little adventures. He'd rather not lose a fun friend. And to add to it, he's got a boyfriend now. He doesn't want Vials to leave a loved one behind and broken. (Plus he's fearful that said boyfriend would explode and do something rash in response)
