PassiveNest Residence Designed by Agustin Salas + Karin Dax Passivenest House Pavilion (2) is organized from the minimalist and constructivist style facade, in addition the punched openings of the screen on the front façade create a kinetic energy. Essentially the house consists of 3 main volumes that give axis and meaning to each of the spaces contained in it, organized in overlapping two volumes in the form of (T) and a rectangular extension that accommodates the main staircase, giving access to the kitchen, social and contemplative areas on the second level. It is important to note that this typological solution is of a philosophical and architectural order, due to the management of the perspective on the second level, which provides several instances or truly unique spaces open to two terraces located at different angles of the second floor. On the first floor are the bedrooms, a playful assembly with a garden at the rear end of the land bordered by a swimming pool and other areas that call for rest and contemplation. . . . #designbyaire #airearchitecture #modernarchitecture #residentialdesign #residentialarchitecture #contemporaryarchitecture #aireinteriors #residentialinteriors (at Malibu, California) https://www.instagram.com/p/CDz26XFMBAV/?igshid=41lg4kl80dkq
