been learning a lot more about my ocd lately and the way it manifests for me. not just in the way of contamination and repetition in the way its most obvious and stereotyped. but how it affects my day to day choices so much and man its crazy. truly crazy noticing all the ways this disorder manifests. how its affected so much through my whole life. ah...

i feel so... flabby e deflated. just bc i took an extra day off from the gym. i'm scared i've lost all of my built up endurance in a matter of 4 days pfttt.
