NEW DELHI: The Supreme Court has raised concerns over the use of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, in cases involving consensual relationships between teenagers.

A Bench of Justice B.V. Nagarathna and Justice R. Mahadevan made the observations while hearing a suo motu matter concerning the privacy, protection and well-being of adolescents.
