*busts down your door with a mic stand in hand* THINK HE KNOWS HES GOT IT ALL
(akshfksksjsk ask me how i knew u were gonna ask for this one!!!!)
this will be a follow-up to wish he would get over you—the first installment will be all resolved, and end with a “four years later” epilogue to both cap things off as well as segue into part two, if ppl feel like following the story further bc *i* simply cannot let it go.
(spoilers would be under a cut, but tumblr keeps eating the snippet at the end??? so fuck it, no add-ons)
after a few years hitting the road, eddie and chrissy come back to hawkins to settle down, reconnect with friends and family, the whole bit, and they just so happen to move in next door to jason, sherry, and their four-year-old daughter. jason thought he’d moved on, but he’s still not super well-adjusted abt the whole thing and in fact he acts Super Fucking Weird meanwhile eddie and chrissy are just tryin to chill in their very-happily-together bliss.
the ~drama~ mostly stays passive-aggressive, i just want to explore that sort of small-town suburban tension further. lots of neighborhood parties and a wedding (teehee) and just day-to-day domestic jazz.
i’ll be alternating povs just like in whwgoy, though probably more balanced? and i’ll also be incorporating more characters, particularly billy bc i’ve recently found that i rly love writing his friendship with chrissy.
that said, here’s a little billy @ jason shade for ur trouble:
“You need to get over it, man,” Billy drawls. “It’s been, what, four years? Besides,” he adds, dropping his voice to a conspiratorial whisper, a gleam in his eyes that tells Jason not to buy it, “the way I hear it, Munson eats her pussy like a champ. You guys are neighbors now, right? Bet you’ve heard it, too.”
