For Canon Differences (for my Hitman ‘kins once more! (Well they are fictives but you know)):
Lucas Grey did not die. Simple enough, after Dartmoor, the attack by CICADA mercenaries never happened. It did affect the later missions a lot, I will admit. Berlin was the same, Lucas was caught out by ICA agents, and so 47 still killed them. Mendoza was different too, since Grey was still around (and still distrustful towards Diana) insisted on also infiltrating the retirement party of Yates. ^^ He also goes freelance with 47 and Diana eventually!
The Private Militia never disband either. Since Grey survives, even without some lieutenants (a few also were not killed that died in canon) the militia continues on as a group to take down what little remains of Providence even with Diana as the new Constant.
Silvio Caruso just straight up isn’t a target! Since he was a previous client, it was simply easier for the ICA to dispose of the virus and send him a very clear warning of the dangers if he kept at what he was doing. De Santis is still killed, because she is way more threatening (and also not a past client).
Grey had no dislike towards Arthur Edwards. He was more a collateral than a personal contract, and well, Grey didn’t like what had to be done, but Providence is Providence, so it worked out in the end. Janus was pretty okay during the time 47 and Grey had at the Institute too, so that’s cool.
The targets that were dealt with w/o killing in my canon were: Silvio Caruso (aforementioned, not a target) ; Jordan Cross (Collateral, not necessary death, Thomas Cross was forced out by Jordan confessing to the murder of Hannah) ; Sean Rose (unintentionally left alive) ; Wazir Kale, Dawood Rangan and Vanya Shah (The confrontation with Grey happened before this contract happened, so it wasn’t necessary)
— Agent 47 and Lucas Grey fictives.
