There’s two sides of the coin; people who forget Zed is small, and people who think being small makes them negligible. Unfortunately, this was something that went overlooked while picking a host, but sometimes life gives handouts. They’re an open door. Sometimes the correct solution is the easiest.

The other vessel is much taller, however, and lanky enough to comfortably rest his head on top of their own just by leaning over. They sigh in frustration, but remain still; to pull the rug out from someone isn’t a very fun wake up call.

Part of me is still you, right?

A few moments pass before they decide to gently nudge him in the ribs. 

He startles awake at the rumble of a voice, legs kicking and chest gasping ever so slightly as the redhead sways. Judas uncrosses his arms, eyes bleary and voice a bit hoarse.

He rubs his jaw. “Did… Did I just fall asleep?”

The agent is looking worse for wear – with the full moon and the fun times this morning wrought, he’s genuinely exhausted. Judas feels a bit guilty for falling asleep on Z. He offers them an apologetic look.

“Yeah.”

They hold his gaze for a moment before resuming staring forward. He has had a long day, hasn’t he? At least he’s off their neck. Their back is bad enough as is.
