Happinesse..!!

Two young women met while walking through a farming area in Agdz, Morocco. Initially, I passed them on my walk, noting their beautiful costumes and wishing I could photograph them. They seemed to be out taking taking camera phone photos of each other. When I passed them a second time while returning to my hotel, they indicated that they wanted to take pictures with me! I felt very exotic. After taking a picture with each of them, they consented to my request to photograph them in return. What an opportunity!

Mount Jbel Kissane. The word Kissane كيسان means "glasses" in Arabic and the mountain is so named because it is deemed to look like the glasses of tea behind a tea pot in the Moroccan style of serving tea. The village rises up overlooking the date palm gardens below.
