more with every passing day tbh and its your fault. i honestly didn’t but i think talking to you and being more exposed to it has made me more open to it. i think i definitely believe in manifestation and stuff as something separate from magic more but like. idk i wouldn’t say i straight up believe in magic but i’m not staunchly closed off to it like i once was.

😇: do you believe in guardian angels?

i believe in them in the sense that like. people we love and people that impact of us stay with us after they die and there are times where we left people who were significant to us guide us (like i know i have some preoccupation with making my dead grandma proud so i’ve thought about her a lot when i think about doing things that scare me/that other family discourages me from doing that she would be all for). but i don’t believe in like some assigned angel making sure i don’t fuck up my life.

not really. i don’t have a strong conviction or like list of cited reasons im just the kind of person that i’d need more proof to be like yeah :100: they out there. also i feel like if they were real there would be like. a fucking lot more of them.

corey wants to work in music production One Day.  he’s currently a dj at some middle of the road club in shitty time slots just to be getting some opportunity to work with music and sometimes slide in his own mixes and mashups (when the club allows him to get playful like that) but i think he’s at his happiest when he’s allowed to just sit and play with audio and mess with different arrangements and imagine one day getting to play it for people somewhere literally Anywhere and hoping they would lose their minds to it the same way they do to yeah by usher.

i think he’s got a type and i think said type is influenced by his dating preferences in General. corey likes edgy fake deep guys that will be really pretentious to try and Woo you but ultimately just wanna [redacted] around. he doesn’t resent getting ghosted by them, because he’s not looking for anything serious either, but he likes getting to live the fantasy of some sexy deep guy thinking he’s amazing and having a whirlwind romance, even if any of these fuckers trying to step up and actually date would probably make him uncomfortable.

20. wow do they behave when confronted with deadlines?

he panics admittedly. gibbs is looking hard for that promotion and his reputation is on the line, so he’s already stressed as is, and if there’s a deadline looming on top of that? everyone in the apartment is going to be on edge because he’s going to be pacing back and forth like a madman, reacting to any little thing.

there’s nothing super weird, but no man should have his sock drawer so impeccably organized like gibbs does. he has them organized by color and alphabetically. they’re all rolled from the bottom up and he has two drawers entirely filled.

schmidt from new girl? giggles. honestly, he probably likes to think of himself as a modern-day don draper or mcsteamy (no, i’ve never watched mad men and only one ep of grey’s anatomy).

yea, the sick bastard loves raisins in his pastries.

24. When forced to do a group project with other people, what role do they usually play?

he likes to be the leader and during work, he’s able to get his way. he’s actually pretty good at the political game, although it’d be hard to tell if you actually knew him as personally as the gang does. which, brings me to my next point – if the apartment was doing a mini-project (like re-doing the bathroom, for example), they’d literally never let him take charge. gen would probs be the one leading that rodeo.

liar by mumford and sons genuinely upsets me now because for so long it was my go to song to listen to when i was upset about something. colly strings by manchester orchestra i don’t have any upsetting memories attached to but it’s just really sad and always makes me really sad to hear. landslide by fleetwood mac my friend and i listened to obsessively our senior year of high school equating it to where we were and what was about to happen when we graduated and i moved away so it makes me remember how sad and scary that was and how we really are just getting older.

somehow by thomas odell,  maybe this time from cabaret,  and tiny vessels by death cab for cutie are my three i go to mostly when i’m upset for various reasons. these kinda overlap with the last three too tbh.  oh also poison and wine by the civil wars is well documented for making me want to do something.

as established,  never tear us apart by inxs.  i will not be defending it any longer its just a must.  baby,  i love you by the ramones and the power of love by huey lewis and the news are two i really like because i personally have mental illness and have put a lot of deep emotional currency into them even if they’re not like super sappy and sentimental.

as well established,  i cannot hear again by lenny kravitz without thinking of you and [redacted].  most of the songs that remind me of you are ones we’ve made jokes about like el taxi,  same love,  and gdfr or songs i know you like like homesick or die from a broken heart.  i genuinely do think of you when i hear i wanna dance with somebody and ‘03 bonnie and clyde every time.

5. do you prefer to drink soda from soda cans, soda bottles, plastic cups or glass cups?

ok well i have a crackhead answer. diet coke i prefer from cans or bottles. movie theatre diet coke is also excellent and mcdonalds has the best fast food diet coke (wendy’s is the worst) but in general i don’t like soda from cups it loses its fizz faster. sprite i prefer from cans. fanta i don’t care i’ll take it any way but probably bottle would be number one. ski is the only soda powerful enough that drinking it in like a cup with ice doesn’t soil the experience for me because its literally made of god damn battery acid

10. game you were best at in p.e.?

i have a lovely memory of elementary school p.e. on the day we played with the big rainbow parachute holding hands with a guy that ended up being gay i think playing the game of being a magnet for gay men was a skill of mine

4:  what kind of childhood did you have?

i think he had a good childhood. he grew up with two parents who were positive and supportive, almost excessively so, he did good at school academically, which is what really mattered to him even when his teachers had beef with his behavior, and i see him having rolled with a solid crew of low drama friends that are the same weirdly confident nerd as him. all in all, he can’t complain.

5:   how much have you changed since you were little?

i think when he was little he was a lot more easy going and willing to just kind of roll with the punches, and over time, due to new ambitions and pressures from working in a fast paced tech environment, he’s gotten a little more high strung and closed in one himself a bit, because it’s what you have to do to get shit done and get it done right. i don’t think he branches out socially as much besides weird small talk with coworkers and i think he’s less of an optimist and more of a #realist because wake up sheeple that’s how it has to be.

6:  when would you say was the moment you started to "grow up"?

❤:   who is more affectionate in public? in private?

in both verses i stand by a thing i said before about them both being pretty affectionate in like a possessive/power play kind of way. in la verse it’s definitely more dramatic because they’re young they’re sexy and they have something to prove but in next gen when they’re more like leveled out i think they wouldn’t be as manic about pda but they still like a good amount of Statement affection. in the same meme i said brady would be more affectionate in private and i still stand by that but i think in next gen james would be more affectionate than she was first go around because she’s generally happier and more Secure in their relationship.

💘:   who developed a crush on the other first?

i stand by a similar answer as what i gave for estee. i think james is a hot little thottie but ultimately brady’s charming and has the kind of aura that draws people in he’s magnetic. i think james was less forward than estee about trying to get with that because in general she’s more the type to try and play coy and sexy about it she likes the thrill of Building that.
