OK I RAN OUT OF TEXT SPACE. but for realll ameriss, you could always msg me about anything. chances are, i'll respond like asap. i don't know if this would help, but have you heard or seen those stress relieving journals? i have one called "how to be happy (or at least less sad." they work like a charm !! they're plenty of journals, or stress relieving books like that too if you wanna look into something like that kjajdaklhjk- you can literally pour your heart out onto them, i find that soothing
