Adam's evening was already shot to hell, so of course some fucking guy would try to hold him and his companion up as well. The shove was taken, but within seconds Adam twisted on his heels and came at the man, too fast to be anything but a blur. He held him against the red brick wall of one of the buildings and pupils dilated as blood trickled from the man's skull where it hit the bricks. The gun was snatched and held out to his companion. "Do something with this."
Someone shoves our characters down a dark alley and holds a gun up. What does your character do when the masked assailant tells them to hand over all valuables?
Of course, Loki had every intention to control the situation, likely with magic--but at least it'd get them away alive and with their valuables safe within their pockets--and yet that wasn't necessary in the end. While he had full faith in Adam's abilities to defend himself, he had not expected him to take full control and outsmart the hoodlum trying to attack them. But was he upset by it? Not at all and he certainly would not say anything about it.
Wordlessly, he took the gun held out to him, his fingers uncertain as he held the Midgardian weapon, one of the few weapons there that he did not understand nor entirely trust. Still, he'd seen enough cop television shows to know how to take it apart. The safety was put on, the ammo pulled from the bottom and emptied onto the ground, and the empty cartridge stomped on with a foot. That was good enough.
