He's obviously proud of his little trick. And why shouldn't he? His score is the right one, no doubts there, so the stupid calculator and everyone else can kiss his ass.

"Maybe."

Fish had nonchalantly replied, leaning against the kitchen counter. With a little smile, she examined Rick for a moment, trying to figure out if he was serious or not. On the other hand, her answer had been quite serious; partly because she did think kissing would be nice, partly because flustering Rick had become one of her favorite past times. While his counterpart was easy to rile up, he was particularly cute when put on the spot.

"I mean, the house's empty." She raised her eyebrows knowingly. "And you're right, it would be a good way to break the tension. Let it all out, you know." With a slight push, she stepped away from the counter and towards Rick, placing herself in front of him (and too close for comfort). She was so close in fact, that he could feel her soft breath caressing his face when she spoke.

Stepping through the portal would lead immediately into a quiet forest. Towering oaks blocking out most of the direct sun, save for a few beams of light which would shine between the leaves. The daemon wasn't too far from the portal itself, a mere few feet forward leaning against a tree, her back turned to the other.

Of course that didn't mean she wasn't aware of his presence. Or didn't quickly figure it out when the portal would close a little too later than the norm, and the flick of an ear at the sound of another set of footsteps in the area.

Slowly she'd turn her head back towards him. Eyes wide, a little surprised, even, seeing another standing in this tiny clearing.

As if she didn't just greet and hand him the paper moments ago,

Rick: "Wh-What, is that supposed to intimidate me? Y-You really think you're that fuckin' scary, teenage angst wrapped in a demon form? I-I've seen fucking scarier."
