of course! An Oglivy is a half pad which either has a memory foam inside or a gel inside, and they can work wonders for horses with sore backs or saddles which just need a bit of adjustment. They're gorgeous and come in zillions of color combinations, and everyone loves them. However, because they're so "in" right now, people whose horses/saddles don't need them are buying them, making their saddles fit improperly and causing sore backs. 

21:horse

Naponyeon: Opinionated, clever, and full of spit and fire. He's a tough little guy and is braver than some of the top event horses - I'd say that if he were bigger he'd EASILY be a 4* eventer. Easy. He's also so, so smart, which sometimes makes him a little tough to handle.

GG: A real trier. He wants to please, but at the same time, he wants a job. He's quick to pick up new concepts, and he loves to move. Full of energy, but also easily bored. Will fight his rider if not entertained, and when he fights your arms will be shaking from the effort of holding him back. Very forward, very sensitive, but also calm and level headed. It's an odd mix, but at the same time, perfect. 

Volcano: I don't have much of a read on him yet, but so far he seems clever and has a good mind. Excellent mover. Very sensitive. A little spooky. We'll see as his personality develops!

22:barn

At the ranch we have a main pasture and a pecan pasture. The pecan orchard pasture belongs to the visually impaired horses, and the main is to all the others. There are two stalls that are used for shelter or for keeping horses in need of medical attention. Round pen. A shop for all the tack and equipment and feed. Not much, but it works. 

23:instructor

Calm, funny, and experienced. Really, that's the best way to sum her up. Also, so, so understanding of everything that goes on and she helps any way she can. She's given me such a confidence boost. 

24:riding friends

Meet them yourself!
